How the badge works

The Sitejar badge you embed shows your site's current review status, updated automatically as your site is rescanned. You don't need to manually refresh anything.

What this means for you

If your score changes, or your last scan becomes outdated, the badge updates itself. There's nothing to lock in and nothing to update by hand.

Misrepresentation is against these terms

Copying the badge as a static image, screenshot, or any other form that no longer reflects your live status, and presenting it as a current or ongoing review result, misrepresents your site's actual standing and is against these terms.

Every badge links to a verification page anyone can check, showing the same review status as the image itself.

Revoking a badge

You can regenerate your badge link from your dashboard at any time. Old links stop working immediately - any page still embedding one will show a "badge not found" placeholder instead of stale data.
